SIOUX CITY | Bradley A. Fisher, 65, of Sioux City died Monday, April 18, 2016, at a Sioux City hospital after more than a year-long battle with cancer.

Per Brad's wishes, the body was cremated. Memorial services will be 4 p.m. Saturday, May 14, at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel, 822 Jennings St., in Sioux City, with the Rev. Ryan Dowell Baum officiating. Visitation with the family will be 3 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Bradley Alan Fisher was born on Dec. 26, 1950, in Sioux City, the son of Henry Fisher and Helen (Powers) Fisher Edwards. He attended the Sioux City School System. He was an over-the-road truck driver.

Brad was devoted to his family and friends, especially his daughter, Sarah Nelson; son-in-law, John Nelson; and granddaughters, Jada and Kaylee Nelson.

He is also survived by a granddaughter, Adriana Bink; a brother, Harrison and sister-in-law, Joyce; nephews, Grant Fisher (Alicia), and Reed Fisher (Kirby); a niece, Lauren Forsythe (Davis); and four grandnephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry; and his mother, Helen and her husband, Roland Edwards.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the June E. Nylen Cancer Center.
