Funeral services for Mrs. John Walsh, 83, 3010 Leech Ave, will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jean Baptiste Catholic Church. Rev. Steve Guesic will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

The Rosary will be said at 8 o’clock tonight at the Larkin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Walsh, the former Mary Ann O’Hara, died Saturday evening at a hospital after a four month illness. She resided for the last nine months with a niece, Mrs. Ann Cunningham.

Mrs. Walsh was born September 28, 1882, at Ponca, Neb. She was married to John T. Walsh. He died February 10, 1960. Mrs. Walsh had been a resident of Ponca and Allen, Nebr.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Bridget Miller and Mrs. Ella Cabana, both of Sioux City.
