Jacob Michael Woodruff, infant son of Ronnie Woodruff and Laura Ullrich, died shortly after birth Saturday, June 5, 1999, at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha, Neb.

Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. today at Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Barbara Hansen officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon today at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Survivors include his parents; a maternal grandmother, Susan Ullrich of Sioux City; maternal grandfather, Larry Ullrich of Sioux City; paternal grandfather, John Henry Woodruff of Sioux City; paternal great-grandparents, Delbert and Betty Ullrich of North Sioux City; two sisters, Alyssa and Tasha Woodruff, both at home; an aunt, the Rev. Barbara Hansen; and several other aunts and uncles.
