Jane E. Erickson, 69, 3217 Marshall Ave., died Tuesday, July 26, 1988, at her residence after a brief illness. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the First Covenant Church with the Rev. Marc Peterson officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery. Visitation is from 4-9 p.m. today with the family present from 7-8 p.m. in Nelson-Berger Morningside Chapel.

Mrs. Erickson, the former Jane Esther Peterson, the daughter of G.A. and Alma (Anderson) Peterson, was born July 20, 1919, in Sioux City. She graduated from East High School in 1936 and lived most of her life in Sioux City. She married Malcolm H. Erickson May 8, 1943.

Mrs. Erickson was a lifelong member of First Covenant Church and was active with the Sunrise
Manor Guild.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Hilve Osella of Loomis, Calif., Glenna Tevis and Lynne Erickson, both of Sioux City; a son, Myron Erickson of Davenport, Iowa, a brother, Loren Peterson of Sioux City and five grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in her name with the First Covenant Church.
