Mrs. May Ellis, widow of Walter F. Ellis, former treasurer of the Sioux City Iron company, died at her home at Alhambra, Cal. The body will arrive here Thursday morning, accompanied by a son, Dr. Harold Ellis and his wife.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Thursday at the Westcott-Doughty-Chandler funeral home. Rev. Theodore G. Lilley, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Park cemetery.

Mrs. Ellis left for California shortly after the death of her husband in 1917. They were members of the First Presbyterian church here.
