Thomas A. Warfield, 60, of Sioux City died unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at his residence.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel, with the Rev. Don Wood officiating. There will be no visitation. He is to be cremated.

Thomas A. Warfield was born Jan. 10, 1943, in Sioux City, the son of John and Marion (McGauflin) Warfield. He served with the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany for three years.

He married Mary Rae on Sept. 18, 1981, in Elk Point, S.D. He was a car salesman for several years. He and his wife worked together providing home health care.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; a brother, Robert Warfield of Grapevine, Texas; a sister, Marjorie Jones and her husband, Richard of Lakeland, Fla.; a cousin, Roy and his wife, Vi Warfield of Sioux City; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John and Richard; and a sister, Mary Helen Roscamp.
