SERGEANT BLUFF | Ray M. Quigley, 30, of Sergeant Bluff passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, from injuries sustained from an automobile accident in Pender, Neb.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Four Directions Community Center in Sioux City, with Bishop Meshack Mabuza officiating. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be today until service time Friday at the community center. There will be a prayer service at 7 p.m. today at the community center. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Online condolences may be sent to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Ray was born on June 24, 1982, in Sioux City, to James Tott and Benita Quigley. He attended West High School. Ray worked for Professional Concrete.

He was married to Nelitta Taylor on Feb. 6, 2008, in Elk Point, S.D.

Ray enjoyed listening and performing music, working on cars, helping in the pits for the IMCA Races, and enjoyed a good day's hard work. He had a deep love for his children and always put them first and would do anything for them.

Ray is survived by his wife, Nelitta Taylor of Sergeant Bluff; parents, James (Benita) Tott of Sergeant Bluff; seven children, Shawn, LaVerna, Nevitt, Tara, Waylon, Nevaeh, and Jimmy Taylor, all of Sergeant Bluff; four sisters, Stacy Bochik and her fiance, Mark Vodochodsky of Hartford, Iowa, Rhea Quigley-Williams of Sioux City, Jaymie Quigley and her fiance, Eric Farris of Des Moines, and Cora Tott and her finace, Chris Smith of Sergeant Bluff; a brother Joe "Big Joe" Quigley of Sergeant Bluff; and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clarence Quigley; and a great uncle, Luther Jacobson.
