MOVILLE: Iowa — Richard L "Dick" Corbin, 67, of Moville died unexpectedly Monday, Jan. 10, 1994, at a Sioux City hospital emergency room.

Meniorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Moville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Orrin T. Potter officiating. The body was cremated and the ashes will be buried in the family plot at Arlington Township Cemetery in Moville.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m today at McCulloch Funeral Home in Moville.

Mr. Corbin was born Sept. 2, 1926, in Moville and was a lifelong resident. He married Dorothy Jean Larson Oct, 12,1947, at Elliott Creek Presbyterian Church in Bronson. He was a retired truck driver.

Mr. Corbin was a member of the Moville United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Bobbie and her husband, Barry Wahlberg of Moville and Cheri Wanser and Mike of Carroll; six-grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother and his wife, William "Bill" and June Corbin of Moville; a sister-in-law, Carol Corbin of Moville and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, A.W. and Lina Corbin; two sisters, Alice Campbell and Jean Thorp; and a brother, Charles Corbin.
