4 December 2012James W. Borowsky, 46, of Sioux City passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 at a Sioux City hospital.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Christy Smith Morningside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Civil Bend Cemetery in Jefferson, S.D.
James was born Nov. 15, 1966 in Sioux City, Iowa, to William and Helen (Gill) Borowsky.
Jim “Buggs” loved putting puzzles together and the Weather channel 33.
Survivors include a brother, Raymond J. Card Jr.; an uncle, Erick Card; aunts, Stephanie Meyer and Linda L. Kennedy; grandmother, Mary Anne Cunningham; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; and wonderful caregivers, Stephanie Meyer and Shane Woehler, former New Haven staff; Embassy Rehab and Care Center Inc.
He was preceded in death by his parents William C. Borowsky, Helen (Gill) Borowsky, grandfather; Leon Cunningham; and aunts and uncles.
