Beverly J. Meier Renfro, 79, of Lincoln, Neb., formerly of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at her home with family by her side.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at Cathedral of the Risen Christ in Lincoln, with Monsignor Robert Tucker officiating. A rosary service will be 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home in Lincoln. Condolences may be left online at www.bmlfh.com.

She was a member of Cathedral of the Risen Christ.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Robert L. Renfro of Lincoln; children, Robert S. (Mirtha) Renfro of Edinburg, Texas, Brian E. (Maureen) Renfro of Chaska, Minn., Scott J. Renfro, Christopher P. (Ann) Renfro, Michael P. Renfro, Valerie J. (Michael) Hamilton and Jolene A. (Brian) Dunnigan, all of Lincoln; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Susan Meier (Richard Tillson) of Sacramento, Calif.; a brother, Duane (Barbara) Meier of Sioux City; a cousin, Larry (Pam) Johnson of Le Mars, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Helen Meier; a sister, Darlene Koll; and two brothers, John "Jack" and Gregory Meier.

Memorials are suggested to Tabitha Hospice in Lincoln.
