Services held for Pauline Wahlberg held Saturday

Pauline R. Wahlberg, 84, of Moville died Wednesday, December 13, 2000, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services were at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December, 16, 2000 Moville United Mehtodist Church, with the Rev. harold E. Werley officiating. Burial was in Arlington Township Cemetery under the direction of Christy-Smith McCulloch chapel in Moville.

Margo Nixon, soloist, sang " He Touched Me." Betty Rhue was organist.

Casketbearers were grandchildren: Chris, Jaydee, Jeff, Josh, Matt and Nick Wahlberg. Honorary casketbearers were grandchildren: Emily, Kelsey and Mundi Walilberg, and Teri Verdoom.

Mrs. Wahlberg was born June 6, 1916, in Lebanon, Missouri, the, daughter of Emer and Mary (Barlow) Rector she moved with her family to the Moville area as young girl. She attended country school in rural Moville.

She married Raymond Peter Wahlberg on June 1, 1941, in rural Moville. the couple made their home in the Moville area, where she, was a homemaker. Her husband died November 27, 1975, in rural Moville.

She was a member of Moville United Methodist Church, United Methodist Woman's Club and Meadows Golf Club.

Survivors include four sons and their wives, Barry and Bobbie, Jon and Gloria and Kent and Debbie, all of Moville, and mark and Lori of Sioux City; a brother and his wife, " Leo and Ida Rector of Holstein, Iowa; 10 grandchildren, Jeff, Chrii,, Mundi, Jaydee, Matt, Nick, Josti, Teri, Emily and Kelsey and four great grandchildren, Alicia, Cale, Curtis and Cameron Wahlberg.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Nathan, three brothels and three sisters.
