Phyllis Plendl of Omaha, Nebraska and formerly of Moville died Saturday, September 16, 2600 at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.
Services will be held Thursday, September 21, 2000 at Christ the King Church in Omaha at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Arlington Township Cemetery in Moville, Iowa, under the direction of Hefey, Hefey and Hoffman Funeral Home in Omaha.
Phyllis was born December 3, 1931 in Moville, the daughter of Peter and Marguerite Plendl. She graduated from Moville High School and Wayne State College. She taught in the Moville and Omaha public schools. She worked as head secretary for Natkin's Heating and Plumbing for many years until she retired because of ill health.
She enjoyed sewing, reading and hiking belonging to the Omaha Walking Club.
She is survived by sister Joan Swenson of Florida and Maxine Plendl of Omaha, and many nieces, and fiiends.
