SIOUX CITY -- Inez L. Morrison of Sioux City passed away Friday, April 27, 2012, at a local nursing facility.

There will be no services. As per her wishes, she was cremated, and her ashes scattered with her husband Joe and her son Doug. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Inez was born July 18, 1922 in Jefferson, S.D., the daughter of Clieve and Louise (Derochie) Wynn.

Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Christie and her husband Mike of Alba, Texas; one grandson, Chad Christie and his wife Lorena of Lomita, Calif.; three granddaughters, Staci Christie of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., Sheri Morrison of Kingman, Ariz., and Tami Morrison LaValle and her husband, Jaime of San Dimas, Calif.; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Morrison of Bull Head City, Ariz.; one brother, Richard Wynn of Kingsley, Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Inez was preceded in death by her husband, Joe; and her son, Jon "Doug" Morrison.
