SIOUX CITY -- Lynnette Gail "Corky" West, 58, of Warrensburg, Mo., formerly of Sioux City, died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, from an apparent heart attack.

A celebration of life service will be at a later date.

Corky was born on Jan. 11, 1954, in Sioux City, the daughter of Patricia and Jack Welch. She lived most of her life in Sioux City as a homemaker.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia Jacobson of Sioux City; her children, Rikki Reynolds and her husband, Jeremy of Ontario, Canada, Richard Mackey Jr. and his wife, Tristen of Sioux City, Ryan Mackey and his wife, Julie of Leeton, Mo., and Meggan Wright of Sioux City; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; four sisters, Carolyn Tague of Sioux City, Catherine Pruiett of Glenns Ferry, Idaho, Kimberly Johnson of Galva, Iowa, and Teresa Stevens and her husband, Roger of Shakopee, Minn.; stepbrothers and sisters, Steve and Jeannie Jacobson, Dave and Diann Jacobson, Barbara Wingert, Linda Hansen, Kathryn and Brad Rohde and Mary Taylor, all of Sioux City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Welch; sister, Cindy Bennett; stepfather, Donald "Jack" Jacobson; and a brother-in-law, Gary Tague.
