Moville, Iowa—Sophia M. Robinson, 89, of Moville, died Friday, August 23, 1996, at Casa de Paz Nursing Home in Sioux City following a long illness.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Moville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Harold Werley officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Township Cemetery at Moville. Visitation will be 3 to 9 p.m. today with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. at McCulloch Funeral Home, Moville.

Mrs. Robinson was born December 4, 1906, in Moville, the daughter of William and Bertha (Priest) Wink.

She married Lester J. Robinson September 28, 1931, Wayne, Nebr. He died February 1, 1990 in Sioux City. She was a lifelong resident of Moville until moving to the nursing home in 1989.

Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Moville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Mize and his wife, Gilda of Sioux City and Duane Mize and his wife, Gwen of Sioux City; 10 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son, George; a great-grandson, Paul; three brothers and four sisters.

Pallbearers will be William, Greg and Jeff Mize and Brad, Calvin, Loren and Troy Robinson.
