.SIOUX CITY -- Delores "Dee" Gregg, 85, of Casper, Wyo., formerly of Sioux City, passed away Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, in Casper with her family by her side.

Abiding by Dee's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no services held. A note with a special memory of Dee may be sent to the family at vdryden42@bresnan.net.

Dee was born July 17, 1925, in Sioux City. She attended Sioux City schools.

She married Melvin K. Gregg on May 16, 1953, in Casper, where they owned and operated two successful businesses, working side-by-side for 18 years. They later divorced and Dee returned to Sioux City for several years, working as a manager at El Fredo Pizza before returning to Casper to be with her children and grandchildren.

Dee loved crossword puzzles of any kind, fishing and crafts. She will be lovingly remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and her love for her family and friends.

Those left to cherish Dee's memory are her daughters, Melodee Johnson and Valerie Dryden, both of Casper and Gladys Traum of Sioux City; a son, Shane Gregg of Torrington, Wyo.; grandchildren, Gabe Gregg and Lance Dryden, Mitch Gregg, Connie, Penny and Todd Traum; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Kira, Mikael, Jane and Bradley; and many other special family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Victoria Jean Flanagan; a son, Mike Flanagan; and two sons-in-law, Larry Johnson and Clifford Traum.
