2 June 2010SIOUX CITY -- Vilah Mae "Vi" (Nielsen) Livermore, 75, of Fullerton, Calif., formerly of Sioux City, left this life May 28, 2010.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Emanuel Danish Lutheran Church in Yorba Linda, Calif. Burial will be in Loma Vista Memorial Park, Fullerton. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at McAulay and Wallace Mortuary in Fullerton.
Vilah was born Aug. 24, 1934, in Jewell, Iowa. She spent most of her school years in Eagle Grove, Iowa.
She married Charles "Chuck" Livermore in September 1955, in Sioux City. They moved to California in 1956, where she spent most of her life in Fullerton.
She is survived by her husband, Chuck; three children, Douglas and his wife, Jill of Trabuco Canyon, Calif., Teresa and her husband, Randy Howell of Gilbert, Ariz., and Jeffrey and his wife, Rachael of Corona, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Drew (Tara) Livermore of Salt Lake City, Utah, Elise Livermore of Trabuco Canyon, Mallori and Mckay Howell of Gilbert, Bailey, Brittney and Lucky "Luc" Livermore of Corona; her sister, Shari Schonder of Dallas, Ga.; and many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Jennie Nielsen; and a brother, Ken Nielsen.
