Missouri Valley, Iowa—Special: Funeral services for Mrs. Myrvin Sawin, 59, of Missouri Valley, Iowa were Wednesday at the Methodist Church. The Rev. Oren L. Reger officiated. Burial was in the cemetery at Oto, Iowa, with the Rev. Walter Stark officiating.

Mrs. Sawin died Sunday in an Omaha hospital following surgery.

Mrs. Sawin, the former Altha Smith, was born August 1, 1908, at Climbing Hill, Iowa.

Survivors include the widower, Myrvin; a son, Norman of New Sharon, Iowa; three daughters, Mrs. Don Schultz and Mrs. Charles Salter, both of Omaha, and Mrs. Leonard Ewers of Huntington Beach, Calif.; two brothers, Harold of Salix and Marold of Sioux City, and two grandchildren.
