Betty M. Graham, 69, of Sioux City died unexpectedly Monday, Jan. 8, 1996, at a Sioux City hospital.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Kearney Cemetery, Kearney, Nebr., with David Potts, her son-in-law, officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 4 to 6 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Mrs. Graham was born Feb. 23, 1926, in Mason City, Iowa, the daughter of Delos M. and Grace O. (Carter) Fitzgerald. She married Jack Graham Sr. May 5, 1944, in Los Angeles, Calif. The couple lived in Hastings, Neb., for 10 years before moving to Sioux City in 1957. They owned and operated Jack’s Petroleum Equipment Service for 24 years. He died Nov. 23, 1986, near Holstein, Iowa.

Mrs. Graham attended First Presbyterian Church in Salida, Colo. She was an active member of the DAR.

Survivors include a son, Jack Graham Jr. of Woodland Hills, Calif.; a daughter, Sue Potts and her husband, Dave of Salida, Colo.; two brothers, George Fitzgerald and his wife Wanda and Edward Fitzgerald and his wife Jackie, all of California; a sister, Dorothy Shinn and her husband, Robert of California; three granddaughters, Sharene Weisling, Heather Potts and Tina Potts; and one great-granddaughter.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Bruce Franklin Graham and a sister, Gwendolyn Riopka
