Gage Christian Henry, infant son of Chris and Rachael (Worrell) Henry of Sioux City, died Friday, Dec. 14, 2001, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel with the Rev. Donohue Sarff officiating. Burial will be in Smithland Cemetery in Smithland, Iowa. There is no visitation.

Gage was born Dec. 14, 2001, in Sioux City.

Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Ceara and Emity Henry, both of Sioux City; grandparents, Jerry and Elizabeth Worrell of Sioux City; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by an uncle, Jerry A. Worrell Jr.; great-grandparents, Kenneth and Ruby Henry; and a special buddy, Deshayne McDonald.
