Danbury, Iowa—Rad Leo Schrank, 3, the son of Ted and Carrie (Polly) Schrank of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Danbury, died Wednesday, May 13, 1998, at the Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Armstrong Funeral Home in Mapleton, Iowa, with the Rev. LeRoy Seuntjens officiating. Burial will be in Little Sioux Township Cemetery at Smithland, Iowa. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Rad was born December 30, 1994 in Ida Grove. He moved with his family to Dallas.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Blake; maternal grandmother and her husband, Joanne and Pat Wells of Cleveland, Texas; maternal grandfather, Ron Polly of Smithland; paternal grandmother and her husband, Helen and Gary Kelley of Sioux City; paternal grandfather, Rollie Schrank of Danbury and his great-grandmother, Gayla Cooper of Blencoe, Iowa.
