Funeral Services Held For Former Resident

Edith M Drevs of Broadview, Montana, who entered Billings Valley Nursing Home a year ago, died recently at age 82.

Born in Sioux City, Iowa, a daughter of Lester and Abbey Harding, she attended Morningside College Academy there and taught in Moville, Iowa, where she married Fred Drevs in 1919. They settled in the Broadview area in 1928. Her husband died in 1966.

Survivors include a son and daughter, Lester Drevs and Alice Fortney, both of Broadview; a brother, Harold Harding of Fowler, California; four sisters, Dorothy White of Claremont, California, Bernice Gracey of Fallbrook, California, Mary Adams and Vera Crawford, both of Valier; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services were Monday in Smith Downtown Chapel with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
