Della M. Rogers

Moville, Iowa—Della M. Rogers, 84, of Moville, died Monday in a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in United Methodist Church in Moville. The Rev Travis Cannaday will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today in McCulloch-Wavrin Funeral Home at Moville.

Mrs. Rogers, the former Della M. Owens, was born Feb. 7, 1900 at Cooper Hill, MO. She married Marven Rogers December 1, 1920 at Dakota City. They made their home in the Moville community. He died in February 1979 in Moville.

She was a member of Wink-Sparks Post 303, American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include a granddaughter, Patricia A Simmons of Lone Tree, Iowa; a grandson, Michael o. Rogers of Santa Maria, California and five great-grandchildren.
