Funeral Services Held For Ann Funck
Ann Funck, 92, of Lawton died Monday, December 20, 1999, in Sioux City following a brief illness.

Services were at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, 1999 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Lawton, with the Rev. Bruce Jackson officiating. Burial was in Banner Township Cemetery under the direction of Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel in Sioux City.

Mrs. Funck was born August 6, 1907, in LeMars, Iowa, the daughter of John and Augusta (Albright) Friedrichs. She was a longtime resident of Lawton. She married Erwin “Mike” Funck on November 21, 1954, in Lawton. She was a homemaker. He died March 28, 1996, in Sioux City.

She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church and enjoyed the outdoors and animals.

Survivors include a brother and his wife, John and Arlene Friedrichs of Minnesota, four sister-in-laws, Ester Crom of Sioux City, Hope Friedrichs of Anthon, Iowa, Bette Friedrichs of Minneapolis and Mabel Friedrichs of Whiting; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
