Funeral services for Leslie L. Miller, 67,
Louisville, Ky., former Sioux City
resident, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at
the Nelson-Berger funeral home in
Morningside.
Rev. Merton B. Green of Grace United
Methodist church will officiate and burial
will be in Graceland Park cemetery.
Mr. Miller died Sunday at his home in
Louisville after an illness of several years.
He was born Feb. 21 , 1903, at Pierson
and lived many years in Sioux City. He was
associated with the Cudahy Packing Co., at
Sioux City until being transferred by that
company to Omaha in 1945.
He resided in Louisville the last 16 years
and was a retired superintendent for the
Klarer Packing Co. of Louisville. He was a
member of Morningside lodge 615,
AF&Am, and the Sioux City Scottish Rite
bodies.
Survivors are his wife, the former Edna
Kellner; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Aimone,
Chicago ; a brother, Leonard B.,
Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Lulu B.
Little, Arnolds Park and Mrs. Lina BIeil,
Kingsley, two grandchildren and a
great-grandchild.
