missing persons

KIRIAN, LOVCIK, KOUBA

Why haven't the above names been found in Winnesheik county inquiries? Those names were in the county even before the Civil War. Two Kirians died at the Siege of Vicksburg. The Lovciks and Koubas were a little later.
