Searching for a priest

I am searching for any information I can find on Rev. Patrick A. Tierney, who had been a Catholic priest in Calmar/Ossian/Festina and around Iowa in the 1870's on to 1900. He may have been related to my family (Ryan's) or just been a good friend of my GGrandfather's. He raised my uncle Micheal and our family has little information on either of them.
