Emily & Ambjor could be one and the same. I show different birth & death years for them but the birth & death days are the same and that would be rare. I have Randi Boe marrying Halvor Halverson and having 8 children: Bert, Andrew, Halvor, Bertha, Hans, Ingrid, Ole & John. Ingre died young 1853-1874. Guri marrying Nils Oldre and having 6 children: Gustav, Dina or Lina, Paul, Albert, Nels and Gilbert. I do not have a spouse for John. Andrew marrying Anna Jome and having 5 children: Albert, Amanda, Benjamin, Norman & Even. Sigri marrying Erick Engebretson and having 7 children: Bertha, Anna, Rikka, Ella, Mabel, Robert & Emma. Maren marrying Iver Myren and having 2 adopted chldren: Walter & Rikka. I do not have a spouse for Even. Emily and or Ambjor died young either 1857-1895 or 1855-1875. Ole marrying Anna Arnesdatter Olson and having 11 children: Betsey, Andrew, Laura, Arne, Ludvig, Manda, Agnes, Rikka, Gladys, Julia and Ida (my husband's grandmother) marrying Gilbert Remmen and having 4 children: Olaf, Rudolph, Anna and Glenn (my husband's father. I show Anders Olson Boe's parents as Ola Erikson & Ingri Ivarsdatter. I have my husband's 8th great grandfather as Thue Auheson born circa 1623 in Vang, Oppland, Norway. Please let me know if this agrees with your records.
