Mr. Bishop, who has been in feeble health for some time past, passed away on Thursday at the home of his daughter Mrs. Carrie Culbert, where he has made his home since the death of his wife. Mr. Bishop was about 90 years of age. He has many friends here whose sympathy goes out to his only daughter Mrs. Culbert, and one son, who lives in the west. The funeral was held at the home on Sunday afternoon. Rev. Gammons officiated. The body was taken to Nora Springs for burial beside his wife.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Henry and that he was born May 4, 1824 and died Aug. 20, 1914. He is buried in the Park Cemetery in Nora Springs, IA
