Two Estimable Bluffton Women Gone.
Mrs. John J. Carolan died Tuesday at her home in Bluffton township. About a month ago she gave birth to a child and subsequently became ill from measles. Complications shet{sic] in which seemed destined from the first to prove fatal and her death was not a surprise to relatives and near friends. Mrs. Carolan was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter McCaffery and was a very estimable woman. Beside her own family she is survived by her parents and several brothers and sisters, all of whom have the sympathy of many friends in their bereavement.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Martha and that she was born March 24, 1884 and died June 17, 1913. She is buried in St. Bridget’s Cemetery.
