Mary Anna, daughter of Philias and Anna Brouillet, was born December 15, 1911., and died April 9, 1913. She was taken ill with bronchial pneumonia and all that loving hands and medical skill could do was done, but to no avail, and after three weeks’ suffering the little spirit winged its flight back to the God who gave it. The funeral services were held Friday afternoon conducted by Rev. Mellott of Postville, and she was laid away in the village cemetery. A choir of little {?} sang sweetly and a number of little girls also acted as pall bearers. The tiny white casket was covered with beautiful flowers so emblematic of the pure life that had gone. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of their many friends in their sorrow. The family desire to extend their sincere thanks to all those who kindly assisted them during the illness and death of their loved one.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she is buried in the Frankville Cemetery.
