A number of the Schissel, Huber and Einwalter relatives attended the funeral of Peter Schissel at Ossian yesterday.

Mr. and Mrs. Schupanitz and Mrs. Dessel of Festina attended the funeral of Peter Schissel Monday.

J. D. and R. J. Becker, Jos. Koch and H. Busch, Jr., of Calmar, attended the funeral of Mr. Schissel Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Schissel and Mr. and Mrs. Miller of Fort Atkinson were here for the funeral of Peter Schissel Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Meyer of Sioux City and Mrs. Wm. Seipmann of Milwaukee came Sunday to be in attendance at the funeral of Peter Schissel, which took place Monday.

Peter Schissel passed away last Friday morning after a lingering illness of more than a year. The funeral services took place Monday at ten o’clock at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic church, Rev. Cremer officiating. He leaves to mourn a wife, seven sons and two daughters.
