Harold Ellingson, a highly respected pioneer resident of this place, died at his home Thursday evening. The funeral services were held from the Norwegian Lutheran church Monday afternoon.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows the name is spelled Ellingsen. He was born June 17, 1830 and died May 5, 1910. He is buried in the Calmar Lutheran Cemetery.
