Death’s Toll.
Sunday evening Dr. W. D. Kellogg received a telegram from San Diego, Cal., which told him of the death of his son Amaziah Kellogg, aged about fifty-five years. For many years Mr. Kellogg resided in Canada. Some time ago his health failed and in the fall his sons urged him to join them in southern California, thinking the milder climate would be beneficial. Shortly after his arrival he became much worse and when a physician was called he diagnosed Mr. Kellogg’s ailment as cancerous tumor.
