Death’s Toll.

Mrs. A. P. Winden, mother of Mrs. Albert Sorenson, died Friday last at her daughter’s home where she has been a visitor since October, the cause of death being chronic bronchitis. Mrs. Winden’s maiden name was Bertha Eide. She was born in Norway, but the greater part of her life has been spent in America, her home being in Black Earth, Wis. She was married in 1860, her husband dying some years ago. The funeral was held Monday, Rev. O. E. Schmidt officiating and the remains were taken by Mr. and Mrs. Sorenson to Wisconsin for burial.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born Mar. 8, 1834 and died Feb. 18, 1910. She is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Black Earth, WI.
