Youth Dies from Appendicitis.
Hartwick Dotseth passed away Monday at the home of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. James Haugen, 404 West Main street, after an illness of several weeks from appendicitis and complications. The deceased was a student in Decorah high school and was in his seventeenth year. The funeral services will be held this morning at the First Lutheran church at eleven o’clock, preceded by a service of prayer at the house at 10:30. The remains will be taken to Canoe township for burial.
