THE SILENT REAPER.
ENDRE LANDSRUD.
Endre Landsrud died Friday evening last at his home, corner of Pearl and Mechanic streets, after an illness of several months from Bright’s disease. Deceased was born on the Ole J. Lomen farm, three miles south of town, and was in his thirty-nineth year. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mons Landsrud, have been residents of Worth county for a number of years. On June 20, 1904, Mr. Landsrud was married to Ingri Halverson, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Halvor Baardson of Springfield township. To them three children were born, and these with the mother survive. During the years since their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Lundsrud have resided in North Dakota and Minnesota. On account of Mr. Landsrud’s failing health they returned to Decorah last fall. The funeral service was held Tuesday morning. Rev. I. B. Torrison offered prayer at the home and the remains were taken to the Washington Prairie church where Rev. Paul Koren officiated, and interment was made. The sympathy of many friends and acquaintances is extended to the family in their bereavement.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Feb. 4, 1872 and died Jan. 14, 1910.
