Word was received Monday of the death of Mrs. K. Scheidemantel at Winona, Minn. She had lived in this county for the past fifty years or more and was spending her declining years at the home of her daughters at Winona The remains arrived here Tuesday for burial. The funeral services will take place at the Catholic church next Thursday at 9 o’clock.

Transcriber’s Note: Her gravestone in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery shows her name as Kunegunda and that she was born June 16, 1832 and died Oct. 31, 1909.
