L. G. Burton received a telegram on Tuesday morning stating that his nephew Herbie Thayer’s wife had died at Spencer, Iowa on Monday. Herbie has the sympathy of all of our people in this bereavement.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Stella who was born April 22, 1883 and died Oct. 18, 1909. She is buried in Riverside Cemetery in Spencer, IA.
