Death of an Ex-Decorian.
Through the kindness of Jas. Alex. Leonard we receive a copy of the Pasadena Daily News, with this paragraph marked:--
Hammond M. Smith died at his home 118 South Chester avenue, early Sunday morning, aged 74 years. He had resided here for 15 years and in the state for 20 years. He is survived by a widow. Funeral services were held at the chapel of Ives, Warren & Salisbury this afternoon at 3 o’clock. Rev. S. G. Dunham officiated. Cremation followed.

Remains Buried in Decorah.
The cremated remains of the late Hammond Smith whose death was chronicled in the city papers last week, were received here Monday and on Tuesday they were interred in Phelps cemetery beside those of his only son Cranston, who died when a lad.
