M. Gilmartin and son Dennis returned last Tuesday from Prairie du Chien, where they attended the funeral of the former’s mother.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Margaret who was born June 1, 1816 and died Oct. 8, 1908. She is buried in the St. Gabriel Cemetery in Prairie du Chien, WI.
