Two Aged Citizens of Highland Die.
Two veteran citizens of Highland died during the past week. Andrew Thorsen, a pioneer of that town, but for a few years past a resident of Decorah, died Sunday, aged 65, and remains were taken to Highland for burial. Mrs. Harold Stoen, aged 85, died last Saturday. Her husband and five children survive her. Mrs. Ole Bidne of this city was one of the latter.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows Mr. Thorsen’s first name as Anders. He was born Feb. 14, 1841 and died Oct. 6, 1906. He is buried in the Highland Cemetery.
