Died in Colorado.
Dan Foley telegraphed his friends, Tuesday, of the death of his sister Mary on Monday. Some five years ago her health began to fail, and there was every reason to fear she was following in the steps of two brothers who had died of pulmonary disease. After a personal trial of the climate in south¬western Colorado she joined Dan at Ouray, and for a time her health was considerably improved. The change undoubtedly prolonged her life, but it appears that it could not eradicate the seeds of disease already planted. The news comes with intense sadness to a lonely home where the parents sit in dessolation. Out of a family of three — grown sons and one daughter, “Dan” is the only remaining child. Deceased was 28 years of age.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born Sept. 1, 1867 and died Sept. 8, 1895. She is buried in St. Benedict Cemetery.
