Johnie Vitoushek, an old Spillville boy, was accidentally shot and killed at Garner, Iowa, Sunday morning The remains were brought here last night and will be interred in the Catholic cemetery to-day.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery shows the name as Jan Vitousek. He was born Jan. 22, 1873 and died Aug. 11, 1895.

—John Vetosa, of Cerro Gordo county, committed suicide by shooting on the morning of the 11th.
