—The mother of the Welsh brothers died on Saturday last and the remains were taken to Allamakee county, Tuesday, for burial. She was one of the earliest settlers of this county, living first in Bluffton township, and from there coming to Decorah. Her husband, Wm. Welsh, died several years ago.
