Died from Blood Poisoning.
Last Saturday at Spillville. Mary Kapinos the eighteen-year-old daughter of Frank Kapinos, died from blood poison. Several friends from Decorah went over to attend the funeral, which was held Monday.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows her name as Marie Kapinosova and that she was born Sept. 4, 1879 and died Oct. 23, 1897. She is buried in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery.
