Lyman Seeley was found dead in his bed last Saturday morning, when a member of the family went to call him to breakfast. Mr. Seeley was an old resident of the county and in the early day was employed in the late N. S. Marsh’s blacksmith shop at Decorah. He moved from Decorah to his present home a number of years ago. The cause of his death is not known, but being an exceedingly fleshy man it is supposed that had something to do with it. The funeral was held Sunday and burial took place in the cemetery at Lenora.
Transcriber's Note: Find a Grave shows the name spelled Seelye and that he was born Sept. 21, 1828. He is buried in the Lenora Cemetery in Lenora, MN.
