DIED.
HAZEL— At Burr Oak, on the 5th inst., Mrs. Orrin Hazel, aged about 32 years, leaving three small children (the youngest only three weeks old) and her husband to mourn her loss.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Rosetta “Rose” who was born September 13, 1871 and is buried in Burr Oak Cemetery.

On Monday, June 5th, Mrs. Rosa Hazel died after an Illness of only four days. She has many friends and relatives in our vicinity who loved and respected her. She leaves a husband and three small children to mourn her loss she was a kind wife and loving mother. Surely God’s ways are strange and hard to understand but still we know it is right.
