Mr. Whitlofer, a resident of Frankville in days gone by, died at his home near Ossian last Thursday. The funeral was held at the Centennial church the following Sunday.

Transcriber’s Note: Centennial Cemetery shows this was Nicholas who was born Feb. 25, 1818 and died June 2, 1899.
