The body of Miss Anna O. Sandager, who died at the hospital for the insane at Independence, was brought back for interment and buried in the Norwegian Lutheran cemetery here on the 7th inst. It was not known among her friends that she had been seriously ill until news was received of her death. Deceased was an unmarried woman, a sister of S. O. Sandager, who resides about one mile east of here. The mind of the deceased had been failing for several years, and she was committed to the hospital by the county commissioners of insanity about six months ago.
Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows her name spelled Anne and that she is buried in Calmar Lutheran Cemetery. It also shows that she was born March 6, 1858 and died April 5, 1900.
